Right to cancel

If you purchase an item from this website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify the Seller by email within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

Please include your name, order number and the title of the artwork in your message.

Once the cancellation request has been received, the Seller will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return procedure

Because artworks require specialised packaging and transport, return shipments must be arranged individually with the Seller.

The return address and shipping method will be provided after cancellation has been confirmed.

Returned artworks must:

• be unused and in their original condition

• be packed in the original or equivalent protective packaging suitable for artwork transport

• be shipped using a tracked and insured delivery service appropriate to the value of the artwork

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The Seller is not responsible for damage occurring during return shipment if the artwork has not been packaged adequately.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned artwork has been received and inspected, or after proof of return shipment has been provided.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

The Seller may deduct an amount from the refund if the artwork shows loss of value due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine it.

Non-returnable items

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• custom-made artworks

• commissioned artworks

• personalised artworks created to customer specifications

unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or incorrect artworks

If an artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery, providing photographs of the artwork and the packaging.

An appropriate resolution will be offered, which may include:

• repair

• replacement

• partial refund

• full refund.
