About the Artist

Bristol-based Polish artist Klaudia Wojciech working on a portrait painting in her studio

Klaudia Wojciech is a Polish-born artist working in Bristol, UK. Her current practice is centred on figurative painting, where recognisable forms are not used to explain a story but to organise attention. Faces, bodies and landscapes become structures of colour, light and spatial tension, held between emergence and dissolution.
